How does Careclic247 work?
Careclic247 is a platform where those who are in healthcare, like physicians, nurses, caregivers and other domestic workers (providers) can connect with those who are in need of home healthcare services (client) all within each other’s area.
In cities where Careclic247 is available, you can use the Careclic247 app to review providers in your area, read their experience level and services offered. You can video chat with them or request a healthcare provider or caregiver to your home. When nearby healthcare or caregiver accepts your request, the app displays an estimated time of arrival for the provider heading to your home location. The app will notify you when the provider is about to arrive, this way you know who’s at your door
The Careclic247 app also provides info about the provider including their photo, services available, and experience level. This info helps the client select the correct provider for the services the client needs.
When services finish and your healthcare provider or caregiver leaves your home...
Your service fee is automatically calculated and charged to the payment method you've linked to your Careclic247 account and the provider is paid through the CareClic247 app as well.
Simultaneously the CareClic247 app creates an e-bill that is sent electronically to the client private insurance company, Medicare, Medicaid or other coverage the client my provide in the registration with Careclic247.
Immediately after a provider leaves and the service ends...
The app will prompt you to rate your provider from 1 to 5 Stars. Providers who use the Careclic247 app are also asked to rate clients. Careclic247's feedback system is designed to foster a community of respect and accountability for everyone. You can learn more by visiting our Community Guidelines.
